30 Min. Full Body Workout
We developed this full body workout for both of our group classes and for anyone to follow at home. Every exercise here can be done without any equipment. After the warmups, the workout is done in five minute rounds. In my classes, we do four rounds but if you’re new to this workout, do as many rounds as you feel comfortable.
